Oscar Properties, Stockholm-based premium residential developer specialises in heritage buildings and has converted an old school into a series of sensational loft apartments mixing classical elements with minimalist Nordic style. This conversion consists of two separate buildings, previously serving as laboratories and classrooms, now forming LYCEUM as a single entity. The development will consist of about 70 apartments featuring modern design, high ceilings, large windows and custom built kitchens.
