The Nile Corniche is a 197,000-square-meter mixed-use development along the Corniche on the east bank of the Nile River in Cairo, Egypt. This luxury property, destined to become the most exclusive address in the city, is organized as two towers above a podium and below-grade service and parking. The location and configuration of the towers, which are set back from the street, maximize views of the Nile. The towers are read as distinct volumes, breaking down the scale of this large building and distinguishing the several uses. Tower 1 contains offices at its base, 102 luxury condominiums and a multi-level penthouse. The L-shaped Tower 2, with retail at its base, contains a six-star St. Regis hotel with 283 keys and 93 serviced apartments. The project has 37 floors above grade and four below.

客房和卫生间的采光真是舒服,暖暖的阳光贴紧大自然呀

公共空间风格明显，装饰有民族特色；最后两张特点不太明确，尤其是大件的家具摆放和软装配饰随大流，没太下功夫体现民族地方特色！

这效果图做的真好，虚拟现实一样，就是那张门厅图里的两个模特放的有些那啥

如果有照片就能更清楚的看到，室内外的过渡，配合简约的材料组合，效果更佳。

色彩比较协调，给人感觉的感觉较温馨~

很豪华，线条很优美，

在评星标准里，可能打分比较高，细节很有内容{:15:}
